The chalet is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, accessible at all times.

In winter, access may be temporarily snow-covered. It is important to be equipped: the MOUNTAIN LAW requires snow tyres (socks or chains tolerated).

HOUSEHOLD

Regular cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price. All you will be asked to do is to undo any used beds and wash and put away your dishes, thank you.

€ 260 PICOTIN rates are ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, pellets, bed and bathroom linen, beds made on arrival, jacuzzi access, petanque area, end-of-stay cleaning).

In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, parties (EVJF/EVG) or other activities generating noise pollution are not accepted.
